On November 22, 2024, the G&G Club officially introduced its new executive board, featuring promising and enthusiastic students from the 10th, 11th, and 12th cohorts specializing in Geology and Geophysics. This club serves as a valuable platform for PVU students. During the meeting, various topics were presented, including: The benefits of engaging in student scientific research; Experiences gained from internships at international oil and gas companies. The event featured many insightful contributions from lecturers in the Department of Geology and Geophysics, providing club members with guidance and plans for personal development in the coming academic years. Finally, the club’s leadership announced plans for the next meeting, which will include organizing an outdoor field trip. This activity aims to help students gain a deeper understanding and foster greater passion for the field of Geology and Geophysics.
