In order to strengthen and stabilize the structure of the Advanced Training Center (ATC), PetroVietnam University (PVU) held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Director of the Advanced Training Center on June 1st, 2020.
Attending the ceremony were Dr. Phan Minh Quoc Binh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector; Assoc.Prof. Dr. Le Van Sy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector and all leaders of Departments, Faculties, Centers and all the staff of ATC.
On behalf of the PVU leaders, Dr. Phan Minh Quoc Binh – Rector and Vice Rector - Assoc.Prof. Dr. Le Van Sy handed over the decision, delivered flowers and congratulated the appointed director.

On acceptance of the duty, Mr. Chau Khieu Minh thanked the leaders for trusting him as well as the previous leaders of ATC for developing the Center to obtain great achievements. Understanding that the upcoming tasks are likely to face many challenges, Mr. Minh looks forward to the attention and direction of PVU leaders, the coordination of different units and the solidarity of all ATC’s staff so that ATC can continue to operate with stable growth and aim for the outstanding development in the future.
